Isabelle Oderberg

I am a journalist, author, media advisor, crisis manager, activist and agitator.

I live on the stolen land of the Yalukit Willam. Sovereignty was never ceded.

What I do

  • A journalist for two decades, I have worked across almost every beat imaginable and freelance for a range of publications together, as a columnist, investigations specialist and reviewer. You can view my portfolio here.

  • I have worked as a media advisor and crisis manager for a number of years both on staff and as a consultant.

  • I have worked in a number of roles across the not-for-profit sector, but also as a volunteer for groups including Amnesty International and Progressive Port Phillip, and I was a founding committee member of Women In Media Victoria and the founder of the Early Pregnancy Loss Coalition.
